Examination at the Spine and Back institut Växjö Kronoberg Sweden

After over 20 years of searching for help from healthcare and many years of back problems, Birgitta was referred by GP Göran Bengtsson at the Health Care Clinic in Strömnäsbruk too the Spine and Back Institute in Växjö (Rygginstitutet i Växjö)
The decision to refer Birgitta was in consultation with FK, The Swedish DHSS and their Doctor based in Älmhult, a supposed Social Insurance investigation..
All in spite of the fact that this Doctordiscovered the truth and even informed many colleagues within AHA Kronoberg (Landstinget Kronoberg) who in turn kept very quiet about this(Osteomalacia) and held their breath and sent her Unscrupulously to The Spine And Back Institute without the truthful and correct facts.
Birgitta had only heard that ” the spine Institute had a good and positive reputation” from the case officer from FK (DHSS) and she was really pleased to be referred to a centre where she thought she would receive the right treatment and examination, but alas it was nothing like what she expected.
In summary i will describe the events that transpired which will endorse Birgittas trip to hell on earth that has devistated the family and crippled her for life.

First Day 13th december 2004:
Met with different personnel, for example a “healthy living consultant” and Birgitta related that there was no improvement in her back condition, after the serious infection and swelling and she had real problems with walking and aitting down, but this person dismissed this information in a very nonchalant way and said “you can relate this to the physiotherapist”
The second day 14th December 2004:
Still no Doctors examination ! ! Birgitta had hoped that she would meet a specialist who she could discuss her back problems with.
Birgitta was even on this day told to wait in the foyer,with everyone else that had an appointment and that she would be called by the personnel who would be "the investigators"

The following is a short summary of what happened at the hands of Physiotherapist Tina Frisk-Bengtson
*Appointment with Tina Frisk-Bengtson at the Spine Institute.(second day)
Examination
Birgitta says: ” when i take off my clothes I show Tina the lower lumbar region of the back and point to the places that hurt, Tina´s response was “ don’t focus on that”
She continues sarcastically “ that other problem with the chest doesn´t affect your back,but you have a very profound curvature and hollow” She wondered if had had been a gymnast !
She constantly referred to earlier miscarriages and insists that Birgitta should get help with this. Birgitta replied “ive already had help with that problem” and wondered why she was more interested in miscarriages than the actual back problem that was under referral.
*She examined my back without having any correct medical foundation ! When i was lying on my side she pulled up my legs to the chest and put all of her weight upon me”
Afterwards i was told to lie on my back, and she bends my legs in different directions, and she says that she will see if i have any lower lumbar nerve damage or influencies.
After her "brutal”examination ”it feels like im going to break in two pieces, i feel like my spine has been welded ! !"
“Tina told me to start the functions test by walking, but I have to stop after a couple of meters, she tells me to run, but I cant even walk, and I limp back because of the really bad pain in my back, but she insisted that I do it over again, which I refuse, im reached my pain barrier and im in pretty bad shape”
Tina was very angry with me and she stamped her foot on the floor and shouted ”this isn’t hard examination ! ”
I replied ”it feels like my spine will break” Tina said ”OK we take the next test then the stair test”
She just wouldn’t listen to me, or take any notice of the condition I was in or how much distress I was in, she didn’t care at all, and I had so much pain that tears rolled down my face and I can hardly see the stairs, and how I actually got down the stairs I honestly have no memory of, but now
I put a stop to this and shout out loudly “stop this, stop this” ! !
It is only now that she finally sees that there is a serious problem with me !
I have to be put on a stretcher and I see that Tina looks very frightened and worried !, she runs out of the room and into her chief ,for the rest of the day she repeatedly asked if I was OK.
She must have been aware that a terrible mistake had been made and that I was badly hurt. I asked her what Dr Göran bengtsson had written in his referral especially as she had declared war on my back especially the 13th December, but she didn’t reply, I never got an answer....
I rang my Husband and said ”they are crazy here, i want to come home”but change my mind because im here for appraisal.
My husband contacted the x-ray department at Ljungby Hospital and asked them to send the x-ray pictures from October 2004 with express post to Orthopaedic Registrar Claes Bennerholm at the Spine and Back Institute (Rygginstitutet) and they promise to send them so that they arrive there at 8.00 am the following morning.
*Undersigned can confirm that Birgitta needed real help to get in and out of the car, she could hardly walk !

Third day 15th Decemeber 2004:
Orthopaedic Claes Bennerholm calls me too a medical examination that Is farcical. I am in a very bad state and can hardly walk and in intensive pain, Claes Bennerholm walks around me and whistles to himself as nothing has happened !
After his “examination”he asks “what are you going too do now ?” I reply that I think that they should do a MRI of my spine and lower back, but he replies :
“ there isn’t a Doctor on the planet that would allow that it costs 5000 euros " (50,000Swedish kronor)
The same day after his "consultation" with me all other tests where cancelled,I lie on a madrass in the rest room and rest there i can see Claes Bennerholm talk to the staff and waving furiously with his arms.

The Spine Institute (Rygginstitutet) has supplied false information and has actively lied regarding their account of the whole affair to FKassan (DHSS) and Orthopaedic Consultant Bennerholm writes false and offensive notes in his report !
F-Kassan (DHSS) paid over 30000 kronor (3000 euro) for 3 days examination and appraisal, that was a completely useless plus a report that was full of lies, to save the "bacon" of those incompetent personnel at The Spine Institute, a completely unacceptable and vicious attack on a very sick and defenceless person !
It takes nearly 2 years for Birgitta to partially recover after the appalling treatment at the hands of The Spine and Back Institute (Rygginstitutet), and under this time they ransack her medical records in order to change her history from "start to finish"in order to create new journals, a completely new sick story !
The cracks in her records, the whole history of malpractice is covered up !
Under the past years there hasn’t been any energy to process a damage claim against the Spine Institute and all of the resourse have gone into finding help and competent medical personel who can help Birgittas illness, unfortunately the Doctors and AHA Kronoberg (Landstinget Kronoberg) will not help, they actually want to get rid of the problem even if this mean Birgitta herself !!

As a consequence of this diabolical treatment i have discovered that insurance is included for alla of the patients
that F-Kassan (DHSS) send to The Spine Institute (Rygginstitutet) and pays for the appraisal, however They have never mentioned this or even tried to contact Birgitta for a settlement for the severe damage that they caused through negligence and mal practice, or for economic support for the invalidity caused by their incompetent personnel after her “treatment” in December 2004.

Damage to the vertebra, disks, ligaments, and worsened lumbar condition so severe that it has resulted in serious nerveproblems so that today Birgitta can hardly walk, has urinary problems, numbness and weakness in the legs and can hardly eat anything as her spine compresses against various organs.
Even the felling in the area from her middle back to the lower lumbar area has gone completely.

Orthopaedic Doctor/consultant Claes Bennerholm( The Spine and Back Institute Växjö ) and Central Hospital Växjö Kronobergs AHA ( Landstinget Kronoberg ) and colleague (cohort) Mats Wilhelmsson at the Surgery Clinic Ljungby Hospital have done everything to hide all of the facts ! !
More and more people from other AHA´s, AHA politicians (landstings politiker), private Doctors, Council records, DHSS, Insurance companies (AFA Sjukförsäkring), members of the family and others connected to Birgitta, in one gigantic collage of falsified documents, false witness statements and conspiracy ! !
They have had access to all of the microfilmed medicalrecords that have been digitalised from the 60´s,70´s,80´s,90´s and have written false documents which have replaced the original documents all over Sweden (they didn’t understand that we have copies of the original records).
According to a reliable source, large sums of money where paid, all bribes, favours where granted, promotions organised,
ALL for the protection of the Spine Institue (Rygginstitutet), who has very prominent people who sit on their board, to save the "bacon" of certain staff members very well connected .
They have used all of the favours they could to do this, they have used their employer AHA Kronoberg
(Landstinget Kronoberg) in order to hide the evidence, and back scratching between Doctors and other staff , has been going on ever since !
F-Kassan (DHSS) don’t want any inquiries into the Spine institute as they have used them I hundreds of cases in order to deny social insurance such as worker compensation claims using the same team!
The doctors that Birgitta has seen over the years have leaped at the chance to cleanthe records and hide their incompetence when everything is neatly written to conceal the real facts ! !
A lot of false consultations (more than 30 ! ! ) and false tests have been included in the ”new records”
They have guaranteed the silence of nearly everyone (nearly) at a price with those who know and understand Birgittas suffering over all the years since infancy !
All to hide the fact that Birgittas sickness and all of her symptoms are a direct result of Celiac disease, a fact that was ignored by all, even when it was first reported in her records in 1966 (at the age of 2) in the records at paediatric Clinic in Växjö Hospital) These records has been in Växjö Hospital and some how been"forgotten"
Birgittas mother has been quiet about this for all years, and never told her daugther that she is intolerant, it has been a"shame" for the family that Birgittas Celiac disease (Gluten intolerance) resulted in Rickets 1966 with skeleton damages such as Craniotabes, spine damages, etc...
