Ortopeadic Mats Wilhelmsson
As the author has already said in parts 1a,2a, 3rd part of Cheating in Medical care (english translation
of these parts will come soon ) chief Consultant I Orthopaedics Mats Wilhelmsson is one of the leading
figures in the falsifying of Birgittas medical records.
Mats Wilhelmsson has done both the Spine and back institue in Växjö and Kronobergs AHA, Kronoberg
County Counsil (Landstinget Kronoberg) a really big favour by falsifying her records which prevents
her from any damage settlements, he has also saved his own skin by lying and withholding the results
from an MRI scan in 2005. under Swedish law a serious and criminal offence !
He has lied to both F-Kassa (Swedish DHSS) and Birgitta to protect The Spine and Back Institute and
his collegue Claes Bennerholm.
Birgitta consulted in October 2004 Gp Göran Bengtsson at the Health Centre in Strömsnäsbruk with
severe pain and inflammation in the lower back. (swelling in the Lumbar)

Göran Bengtsson made a wrong diagnosis based upon a locum doctors previous examination and

Despite the inflammation and severe pain Göran Bengtsson refered Birgitta to the Spine and Back institute
in Växjö for a Social insurance investigation
Without any real investigation and totally without any medical documentation started The spine and back
institues physiotherapist Tina Frisk-Bengtson to perform treatment and investigation that resulted in
the fact that Birgitta´s spine was bent and deformed with Compressed discs lumbar nerve damage.

When Birgitta after a long haul was with the help of F-kassan (DHSS) finally got a consultation with
Mats Wilhelsson and the diagnostic centre Ljungby Hospital an MRI was arranged of the whole spine, but
he has removed any mention of the disc, nerve damage and spinal deformity and other serious problems to
protect R+S institute and other colleagues that Birgitta had tried to get help fromand he referes to
Göran Bengtsson wrong diagnosis of “morbus scheuermann”
so as not to get him reprimanded.

After this episode started the ”big clean up” of Birgittas whole medical History .
All this to conceal a horrible ignorance and terrifying incompetence, mal practice, nonchalance and
total mismanagement, they do everything including criminal activities, to hide the unpleasant facts.

*On the 22nd of February 2007 a complaint was filed with the Police who subsequently seized relevant documentation and an
inquiry began.
During the spring and early summer there was a particularly negative atmosphere in the Surgery unit at Ljungby Hospitaland their
Operational Chief Orthopaedic Niklas Nygaard.
Niklas Nygaard is suddenly has a leave of absence due to illness and then leaves his position at Ljungby Hospital.
The 1st June 2007, Mats Wilhelmsson Orthopaedic consultant employment at a Hospital in Southern England.

Ortopeadic Surgeon Dan Linvik
Dan Linvik works at surgery clinic at Ljungby Hospital and performs amongst other tasks medical
examination for the Swedish DHSS (F-Kassan) in a company called Diagnostic Centre (DC) with
colleague Mats Wilhelmsson.
F-Kassan (DHSS) pays £125 per consultation.
Birgitta met Dan Linvik 2002 under a consultation at Ljungby Hospital and he was extremely nonchalant
in his examination, he stod behind Birgitta at a couple of yards distance and instructed Birgitta to lift her
arms and perform small exercises, there after he said that she could work 50% as an Auxilary nurse
Within the health care system despite her severe pain!
One can clearly see today that Dan linvik and collegue Mats Wilhelmsson have protected the interests
of the S+B Institute and even his own team at DC through Extensive manipulation in 2005/06 where
information left by Birgitta was taken removed, importantly a document that confirms that she had a
consultation with Dan Linvik at Ljungby Hospital in 2002 in the original and only document that she sent
to AFA Sick Insurance in Stockholm 2002 all to avoid responsibility, disciplinary measures and to
hide evidence.
Orthopeadic Surgeon/consultant Dan Linvik is actually Birgittas mothers Doctor , and when Birgitta said
that she was going to the Police With the evidence of falsification, wondered Birgittas mother who was
very worried if she could “spare her old Doctor” Dan Linvik and exclude him from any suspiction?
It is suspected that Dan Linvik has typed parts of the newly written and false medical and hospital journals and
then ”signed” them ( it must have been a huge amount of work to "clean up" all documents everywere....)

Ortopeadic consultant Claes Bennerholm
It was this Ortopeadic consultant Birgitta met at the S+B Intitute in Växjö 2004. Besides the point that she
could hardly walk and in great distress after her treatment by the pysiotherapist Tina Frisk-Bengtson,
stod Claes Bennerholm in an adjacent room and did nothing.
Claes Bennerholm is the only Doctor that know that Birgittas Mother has said to Birgitta that rickets
has only shown up a little bit in the hand joint (mothers lies) and its this information that has been
written into the medical records, the false records at the Pediatric Clinic in Växjö.
How do you Claes Bennerholm explain all of the old skeletal damages, spine, head, chest, and joints she
still suffers from today ?
All of the alliments are a direct result of untreated Rickets (English Disease) i early childhood which is
Also compounded by Gluten intolerance, and therefore of paramount importance that the evidence in the
medical records be “deleted” and re-written. The evidence must be concealed!!
With what rights can one consciously withhold the correct medical records from a patient which are vital for
the safe and correct treatment and extremely important for health and wellbeing.
In documentation by Pediatrician Rurik Thelin and his intimate knowledge and advice and other documents
as well as the injuries, highlight directly the false records planted in the Paediatric dept Växjö Hospital,
Rurik Thelin had been interviewed by the Police and left a signed statement and would have been a
key witness in the planned trial but he died while under medical treatment shortly after the story was published
in the Swedish Media.
Claes Bennerholms work place was Växjö Hospital in the Otropeadic Surgery Unit , he works on the
side for : Special Doctor Group in Växjö (specialistläkargruppen), Spine and Back Institue and as a
Social Insurance Doctors at The DHSS (Försäkringskassan) in Växjö, and hold lectures at Växjö University.
He is very much dispised by Colleagues and Patients alike and has been reported on numerous occasions to
the Swedish Medical Disciplinary Board.
He has even a limited company ORTOBEN which was incorporated in 2004 and Bennerholm-Olsson Company
Formed in 1987 together with his wife who sits on the board.
As already stated Claes Bennerholm has a reputation by many patients and collegues as being really
unpleasant, arrogant and extremely nonchalant, some have actually stated that they have been treated worse
than a "dog"and he considers himself to be a cut above every other doctor regardless of rank, a know it all.
But a really incompetent Doctor without any empathy, a very cynical man.
Claes Bennerholm stopped working at Växjö Hospital (maybe too many compaints) in 2008 and now works
for another AHA Blekinge as a Chief consultant in the “basic” orthopaedic unit in Karlskrona.

Doctor Karl-Axel Svensson at Medicine Clinic Ljungby Hospital
Karl-Axel Svensson at the Medicine Clinic Ljungby hospital who under 2005/2006 in the ”big clean up”
made agreements with Birgittas mother , who claimed that she was with Birgitta when she was examined by this
Doctor in the 90´s !
(she has never been present under any examinations ! )
This agreements was necessary because all of the accused parties would have the same version of events and
therefore be able to protect each other.
Birgitta consulted Doctor Karl-Axel Svensson in 1992 for Hair loss and fatigue but was dismissed without any
treatment in a very nonchalant and arrogant manor, no examinations where made or tests where taken.
However in the new false documents it appears that this Doctor are a saint and where fantastic with all of
the tests, advice and treatment which was given to Birgitta ! !
Many other patients also say that this doctor is dangerously incompetent and extremely nonschalant.
Some patients have found their records "censured" by this doctor and they suspect that correct information has
been deleted and replaced with more "suitable" information.
Dr Karl-Axel Svensson has advanced in his career and is now a very proud Endocrionologist !
*In 1990 Birgitta has seriously ill with lung and breathing problems and was examined at Medicine Clinic in Ljungby
Hospital by Karl-Axel Svenssons wife, Gun Svensson (asthma nurse), and she also dismissed Birgitta and no help at
all were given.
